- Board member of many regional and statewide nonprofits.
- Funding reviewer for several grant and revolving loan funds.
- Significant accounting and legal experience within the nonprofit organizational framework.
- Professional group facilitator and author of many strategic plans.

EDUCATION & SPECIALIZED TRAINING:
- BA, MA, CAS from SUNY Plattsburgh
- PhD candidate, Antioch New England Graduate School
- Training in conflict resolution and mediation; accounting, personnel and administration

FEE:
Based on work involved, I will prepare a fee proposal either in a lump sum, fixed price agreement or on an hourly basis. Depending on size and budget of organization and complexity of project, my hourly fees range from $65 - $100.
