QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
With three decades of successful executive level museum experience to her credit, Anne W. Ackerson brings a wide variety of management, board development, and creative skills to the planning and special project needs of the smaller nonprofit cultural institution. Since beginning her consulting practice in 1997, she has helped a wide variety of arts and cultural institutions work toward positive change using collaborative approaches that emphasize shared leadership and decision-making, community relationship-building, and commitment to vision.

EDUCATION & SPECIALIZED TRAINING:
Anne holds a Bachelors Degree in Art History, cum laude; a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the Leadership Institute, cosponsored by the Alliance of New York State Arts Organizations and Cornell Univerisity's School of Industrial & Labor Relations; and has participated in facilitation courses at the University at Albany.
