Urge your state legislator to increase NYSCA Budget by $4 million

WRITE IN SUPPORT OF THE
CULTURE DEVELOPMENT AREA LEGISLATION
and increased NYSCA support by $4 Million

Please join us to support of the passage of the Culture Development Area Legislation, by writing your elected officials. In just over two days more than 400 emails of support have been sent to Albany.

Please write today!

Our goal is 1000 letters, or even more, by the end of this week. Add your voice, the voice of your board members and community affiliates.

The Culture Development Areas Legislation will strengthen arts and culture through a collation of community and government efforts. CDAs will stimulate community planning, economic and community development, enhance cultural tourism, job development and create entrepreneurial small business programs for arts organizations throughout New York State. CDAs will serve to enrich communities and build partnerships with local government, local corporations and businesses, and the commercial and the non-profit arts sectors.

While writing, please don't forget to write in support of a $4 million increase to NYSCA.
