on to the Assembly floor
for a vote
We must keep the Cultural Development Area (CDA) Bill, # 3433, moving in Albany.
It is currently in the Assembly Ways and Means Committee chaired by Assemblyman Herman Farrell, having moved there from the Conference Committee. It is imperative that we express our support for the bill to Assemblyman Farrell and make him aware of our concern that it move on to the Assembly floor for a vote.
The champion of this bill in the Assembly is Assemblyman Joseph Morelle. Please thank him and let him know that we continue to voice our support for the CDA bill.
