| ARTS DAY SPECIAL CAMPAIGN This year ARTS DAY is scheduled for Tuesday March 9. To assure success for the arts community this year, your participation is essential. We are interested in an unprecedented show of strength. Whether you plan on being there or not, to ensure the best possible showing for the arts, please consider making a special Arts Day contribution of $25 or $50 or more so we can make sure your belief in the importance of arts in New York State is heard by all. Alternatively, you may send a check payable to:The Alliance of New York State Arts Organizations; PO Box 96; Mattituck, New York 11952. The number of people and organizations who support this effort is even more important than the amount you give. The greater our numbers, the greater our impact. We can truly make a difference this election year in Albany. Your donation will include you in the Arts Day program and promotion book, which is distributed to all attendees, legislators and leaders on Arts Day. This is a lasting document celebrating the importance of the arts in New York State's communities. Through this special appeal you can join the celebrities and the attendees in making our community voice heard which will contribute to insuring that the Governor's proposed budget holds steady or is increased by the state legislature. Time is of the essence. Thanks for your support. With your help we'll make this the most successful and forceful ArtsDay ever.
